There were a couple of places that had slightly cheaper pricing but did not offer great aftercare. This is so important as your hearing devices will need adjusting and may have other general upkeep issues that a professional should deal with. In the year I have been dealing with Miracle Ear in Simcoe, I have not been disappointed. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and obviously pride themselves on customer service. It’s a very welcoming environment and I would recommend this place to anyone who has reservations about having to go to hearing aids. These are the people to talk to as they will be able to answer whatever questions you may have.
