  NEW REVIEW: This SpecSavers got back to me after the review, and were willing to let me use the 2 year guarantee they advertised. I took them up on it. Simply put, they replaced the lenses with the exact same pair, which was all that I wanted from the start. I do appreciate they decided to honor their stated guarantee and I thank them for their quick reply back for this. OLD REVIEW: If I could give them a zero star review I would. I will never shop with Specsavers every again. I would rather go spend a bit more and have actual customer service and a guarantee that is worth anything. Do no believe their "2 year Guarantee". I had a paid literally break on me when I came in from shoveling snow. Took it to them, and they determined that it was not repairable and did not fit their guarantee, so they wouldn't fix it, but would gladly offer me a $100 dollar pair, so merciful of them. They can make up whatever they want to say that their guarantee won't cover their terrible quality and then pretend they are doing you a favor. Do yourselves a favor, do not go here, go somewhere else that will respect their own guarantee and actually treats customers right. And a tip for Specsavers, don't say you have a guarantee on your products and then go out of your way to deny it when someone wants to use it.

  I just had my eye exam here.. people are friendly especially Dr.nicole Chau treated well. I’m gonna come here again

  I had a great experience with the opthomologist Dr. Chau and dealt with Cong when choosing my glasses, as I purchase glasses every two years for the last 30 years. Cong was so helpful; he even adjusted my old glasses. I'm just so happy with the service. Thank you, Specsavers.

  I do photo + videography as a professional job so I need good sight/vision for things to be on point. That being said, I had such a great experience here, and I really have to give a huge shoutout to Jaymarc. It was my first time visiting Specsavers after being referred by a friend, and I honestly couldn’t be happier that I decided to come to this location. Jaymarc went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt confident in my choices. He helped me pick out two pairs of glasses that made me look both handsome and stylish (something I didn’t even know I could pull off). What stood out the most was how effortless he made the whole process feel. No pressure, just great advice and a friendly/positive attitude. You can tell he really takes pride in helping customers look and feel their best. Overall, an amazing first experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place (and Jaymarc) to others.
