  You should not charge an extra $50 out of my pocket, which is not covered by insurance, for a fundus photograph. An expert optometrist can easily rule out the necessity of such a test when there is no underlying condition after examining a dilated eye. Initially, you scare people by playing a mind game so that they fall into your trap, when eventually there is nothing or no crucial need to do that. It is all about your business, beyond any professional ethics. Fundus photographs are not medically necessary simply to document the existence of a condition. Photographs may be medically necessary to establish a baseline to determine later whether a disease is progressive, and it is appropriate to recommend them only when a patient has underlying conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, older age, or is taking steroid medication. There was no reasons to asked me to do that test. You just made a fool of me.

  I highly recommend at Pearle Vision location at Scarborough town center She is name Nyeela a student there, and she did an excellent job helping me choose my sunglasses and eye frame. She was very friendly, patient, and supportive throughout the process. Nyeela made me feel comfortable and happy while selecting the right frame. She took her time to show different options and helped me find the perfect one. Her customer service was wonderful, and I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism.   I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision. Vina was extremely helpful in selecting the right pair of glasses and patiently explained all the features of the lenses and frames. Her communication was clear, friendly, and very professional, which made the whole process easy and comfortable. I would also like to thank Monica Chu, the eye specialist, for her thorough eye examination and professional guidance. Both Vina and Monica provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

  I was at the STC location in Scarborough in Feb 2026 and Basanta provided excellent customer service and made the experience very pleasant. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the different frame styles and lens options. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose frames that suited my face shape and prescription. Basanta also clearly explained the pricing, insurance options, and lens features, which made the decision process easier. Overall, his professionalism and helpful attitude made the visit smooth and enjoyable, and I would definitely return to this store again.

  I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision and truly appreciated the excellent service. Sara, the sales associate, was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She patiently helped me try on several frames and gave honest suggestions that made choosing much easier. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Dr. Monica was also fantastic during my eye exam. She was very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable asking questions and never felt rushed. The care and kindness from both Sara and Dr. Monica made this a great visit, and I would happily recommend Pearle Vision to others.
