The technician Marissa who did our appointment with us was very kind and understanding. She did not rush us at all. Her attention to detail is exceptional and we were very impressed with the level of information given to us. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the front desk receptionist. I wanted to give even lower rating. She was quite rude and spoke with a poor non positive attitude towards us. I thought it was just us but we noticed it in the waiting area to another elderly man which quite frankly made me uncomfortable. That is not the way to treat anyone who is coming to your clinic for help. Because of this, we may not return sorry.

From scheduling to checkout, Dr. Marisa and Rehana are always friendly, organized, and extremely accommodating. Dr. Marissa always makes the time to explain my test results and answer all my questions. The attention to detail regarding my hearing aid choices and recommendations on the best devices based on my personal requirements was very impressive. I had multiple questions and her expertise, professionalism, patience and compassion is truly remarkable. She never rushes and calmly offers her advice or answers everything with genuine kindness and a smile. All in all the services offered here along with the clean and modern clinic made my experience a highly satisfied one. The follow ups to ensure everything is working smoothly were a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
