I have ordered two hearing aids, the second one just recently. Their customer service level is outstanding, the stuff is super professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they bend backwards to help you, to accommodate you and make sure that you receive all the necessary information necessary to be satisfied with their product. They deserve to receive a 5 star for the quality of their product and their service.
