I had a fantastic experience here. I had a pair of Persol glasses that needed repair. I had been to 3 different places that weren’t able to work on them. I decided to give Specsavers a shot. Their optician Kelvin was able to fix my frames within 5 minutes. I’ll definitely be back.

I purchased my glasses from Specsavers for the first time, and I’m extremely happy with the experience. The lenses they recommended are excellent—very comfortable and soothing for my eyes. Ayesha assisted me throughout the process, and she did an outstanding job with the fitting and setup. She was professional, patient, and very helpful. Overall, the store experience was warm, friendly, and highly professional. I would definitely recommend Specsavers to others.

I had such a lovely experience with Misha. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, patient and genuinely helpful. This was my first experience with glasses - she took the time to listen and made sure everything was handled smoothly and to my satisfaction. It’s rare to come across service that feels this warm and sincere — thank you, Misha - truly appreciated your service!

These doctors are only trained for basic checks and not trained for anything else. Worse service and advise ever. Firstly I had my glasses from them, even got the frame. Upon seeing the eye specialist I was told I needed stronger glasses, since my left eyes were blurry. After 1 year went back and was told I needed even stronger glasses for my left eye. Apart from that I asked if I could use my frame that I purchased from them. They said yes but it would cost the same as getting a new frame. They wanted me to buy another frame again when my frame cost over $200 already. I left and went to Walmart eye specialist, the moment the doctor saw my eye he knew something was wrong and recommended me to another specialist which found I had cataract in my left eyes. Also that I can use my own frame and just pay for the lens. If I didn't go to Walmart right at stc the same mall I originally got my glasses I would have lost my left eyes. This company tries to over sell you and don't have doctors be careful everyone

Total disrespect of people's time. Went there on a scheduled appointment. But we ended up waiting for 1.5 hours and still not being called. Nearly an hour in the wait, i verified with the staff if we are in the list because even new arrivals were sent in first. She checked the system and said we would be called next. My kid complained she's hungry and needed to go to the washroom but told her to hold a bit coz we are to go in next. However, the doctor never called us. She called 2 other people in. Still I kept my patience. After more than an hour, i again approached the staff who promised me and said the doctor was already informed about us but preferred to see other patients who needed more urgent care first. That means we were disregarded because my daughter's case is not urgent. A simple courtesy of telling me would have helped the situation so I can decide whether to wait or reschedule. But no, they totally disregarded the fact that our time is also valuable and never cared that maybe we have other plans. Disrespectul and totally dissapointing to get this kind of treatment from professionals. Never again are we going to this location.
