They pretended to enter my insurance details and claimed it wasn’t going through due to incorrect info. I was told I had no choice but to pay the full amount out of pocket, which I did and requested a receipt. Later, when I checked my insurance website, I discovered they had submitted a claim that successfully went through. How was that possible?! Shockingly, the claim was for nearly 3 times what I paid, and it even included a laser surgery I never received. I immediately contacted my insurance provider to report this as fraud and asked them not to process the payment. Had I not caught this, they would have been paid twice (once by me, and again by the insurance) for a much higher amount. This deceptive practice is UNETHICAL and UNACCEPTABLE. Be extremely cautious with this place, especially when it comes to your insurance.
