We weren't able to get an appointment for that specific day at Ellesmere but they forwarded my Grandmothers request to Kingston and they accommodated my Grandmother literally last minute and professionally. They definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting. She felt that her hearing aid was too loud and made a static noise in her ear, so although it was just a matter of syncing up and making adjustments they really took their time to make sure she was satisfied. We probably spent an hour or more in there. It just so happened that we were there at the same time as the Regional Manager and you can really tell that the company is in good hands. She was also polite, enthusiastic and helpful. Definitely worth the drive from Brampton. 5 out of 5, will 100% visit again.
