  Welcoming and pleasant experience. Marissa was easy to talk, open to questions and took her time to answer any questions that I had. I appreciate that she didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. It was a very comfortable test. . Thank you !

  Arrived with my mom and had the pleasure of working with Dr.Marissa. She was extremely helpful, kind, and considerate. She thoroughly explained everything, we left with no questions unanswered. We were very anxious before the appintment as it was her first hearing appontment, but Dr.Marissa made her feel very comfortable and safe, constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay. She even explained every step that she was doing so that my mom was fully aware and informed. The lady at the front desk was also super friendly and engaged us in conversation while offering us water. I think her name was Rihanna, she was very kind to us and made us feel comfortable. The most important part of the whole appointment was that we were not rushed. Dr.Marissa really took her time and also clearly understood that my mom is ESL. While I translated, she was very patience and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. One of the best medical appointments I've been to in recent years. Really shows the care she genuinely has for her patients. I wish everyone in the medical field was just as patient, understanding, and compassionate. Which is why I had to leave this review. Would recommend Dr.Marissa Persaud to anyone facing hearing or ear issues!

  came in with my dad for a test and we left feeling genuinely taken care of. It feels like most appointments are rushed these days, so it meant a lot that Marissa took the time to walk us through everything. She explained things clearly, made sure we understood what was going on, and helped us make an informed decision without any pressure or awkward sales-y vibe. She was so kind and patient, and that really made a difference. Thank you, Marissa!
