  This was my first time ever having my hearing test done. I was very impressed by professionalism of the medical personnel - Amber, who had performed the testing. She took the time to address all my concerns, clearly explained the results, and provided useful advise on how to protect hearing. Overall, I was very impressed and learned a lot about my hearing! Very strongly recommend the Amplifin facility and Amber! Thank you very much again for reaching out! I am glad I have completed the test and understand now more about my hearing!   I can't praise the staff enough! Annabel explained everything carefully and clearly (more than once, when necessary!) and gave me confidence in my new hearing experience. Everyone in the office is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I am so very grateful to the people in Amplifon Brimley.

  I have been a client with the Hearing Clinic at Eglinton Ave. and Brimley Road for the past 5 years approximately. I have ordered two hearing aids, the second one just recently. Their customer service level is outstanding, the stuff is super professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they bend backwards to help you, to accommodate you and make sure that you receive all the necessary information necessary to be satisfied with their product. They deserve to receive a 5 star for the quality of their product and their service.
