Upon which we decide to start. We have had the same Care Professional for the last 4 months - she has been amazing to my mom- caring, helpful - she grocery shops, does laundry, but also just listens and shares life with my mom.. Because of this my mom is able to continue to live on her own --which is her wish. I am 5+ hours away and Home Instead has truly been Top Notch -the administration will call/reach out if any concerns and will Always help problem -solve with you. They have so many resources. I truly am so pleased to have connected with Home Instead I could not ask for anything better for my mom .
