SS was very very busy so was not sure if such a small thing could be accommodated or how long I would wait. The young lady who was multi tasking among clients took a quick look sent my glasses with another cheerful young lady and said very easy (tricky repair of both arms of my Nike glasses) and to return in 20 min. Did my shopping and glasses were ready. No charge! I insisted that I pay but nope. I was very impressed by the cheerfulness and can do orientation of the staff. I used to work retail (shoes not eyes) and am a bit fussy on service and the team was first rate. Should not have had a doubt if it’s good enough for Chris Hadfield should be good enough for me.
