Unethical and predatory sales tactics. On April 8 at approximately 2:00 PM, although I stated that I could provide a valid contact lens prescription from Costco, the two receptionists insisted that a specific “daily-lens prescription” is required to purchase Bausch + Lomb lenses. Furthermore, they pressured me by stating I must purchase a full box before being allowed to try a sample lens. Most outrageously, they claimed that once purchased, no refunds or exchanges would be allowed—even if the trial lenses proved to be uncomfortable or unsuitable. As a medical device provider, such practices are highly unprofessional. I attempted to contact your corporate office, but your official customer service email is non-functional. Update: The owner responded with a generic link, and I will continue to pursue my complaint. However, the core issues I raised remain unresolved by the owner. There has been no direct response regarding the unethical sales tactics, the misleading claims about my prescription, or the unprofessional conduct of the staff. Providing a link is not a solution. I am demanding a formal explanation and a clear account of the actions being taken regarding these practices at this location.

Teena was honestly amazing. She was super patient while I was trying on glasses and gave her honest opinion on what actually suited me, which I really appreciated. I ended up picking two pairs I love because of her. She made the whole experience really easy and comfortable. Thanks again Teena!! 😊

I had been seeing by Fataneh (Teena) she’s very professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She’s helped me to choose the right glasses and I’m happy to be served by her .

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
