On pick up they didn’t center the glasses to his eye, they didn’t adjust the frame to fit his face. We went to another optical store 3 months later as he wasn’t wearing them and they literally asked did they do any of the standard adjustments?? Post adjustments he’s wearing them no problem . We even had to ask for a glasses cloth which typically just comes included with your glasses purchased. At the premium price you pay at LensCrafters you’re better off going to an independent store.
