They were extremely responsive and were able to set up care immediately. The PSW’s assigned to dad were all fabulous. They were very caring, friendly and professional, and encouraged him to join in the activities available in his home. I highly recommend Home Instead for anyone looking for support for their loved ones.

They bank on the fact that people are calling to inquire about services under stress. The level of service they provide often falls short of the price point they so shamelessly charge. Their coordinator Keanne is abrasive and unprofessional. I would never in a million years consider using them. There were so many red flags, sleazy sales tactics and pressure to sign on. It wasn’t untill I spoke with colleagues who’d utilized their services before, that I realized my gut feeling was right. Our vulnerable loved ones deserve better than to be left in the care of such greedy, incompetent people. Please please please do your own research and see for yourself. This isn’t about finding another company that’s cheaper. It’s about finding a company that sees more than the hours you’re requesting, and is capable of consistently providing quality care. This is an unregulated industry and you need to be careful. If I could give this place 0 stars I would
