She was able to accommodate us at short notice. The PSW she sent was very introverted and quiet but she was able to help out adequately and with some time able to show initiative. We were pleased with the results

She was amazing from the minute we meet with her, she was very compassionate and caring and understood our needs. She was amazing on how she dealt with my brother. We all felt very comfortable and hired them immediately! They sent such a caring person to help with my brother. Saeed has been very helpful and engaging with him. Understanding his needs and helping him with his everyday things he needs Patty has come numerous times to check in with my brother and talks to all the family. She is definitely an angel, and my brother looks forward to seeing her!! Totally recommend Home-instead to anyone who needs help with their loved one!!!

The person who has been provided to us as a caregiver to my mother has been amazing and a perfect fit for our family and situation. Faryar is on top of the situation at all times and is always a pleasure to deal with. I feel I can trust him and he has selected Kim as a caregiver for my mom who fits in so well and my mom and I couldn't have hand picked anyone more suitable. She is gentle, sweet, caring and thoughtful and very respectful. We adore her.
