However, when we arrived, the staff simply said the person who speaks Chinese was not working that day. This was incredibly frustrating as that was the main reason we booked this appointment for my parents, and the consultation ended up feeling not respectful and unprofessional. We purchased a couple of pairs of glasses here last year, but right now the standard has really dropped. On top of the poor experience, we were quoted more than $500 for transition lenses. I would not come back to this Specsavers location.

Last night the one lense popped out and I managed to put it back. Happened again this morning so decided to come back. The store window says pickups from 11am and their website says they open at 11 but it's now 1132 and no one has yet appeared. Not very good service especially being inside a mall!!

During what was meant to be a routine eye exam, I was given a personal card and told to keep in touch if she ever left the practice, which felt unusual in a clinical setting. I was recommended to attend this practice, but based on my experience, I would not recommend it to others.
