  Great service across the board. I felt welcome, comfortable and safe. I got my eyes examined, and also got a great deal of 2 for 1; eye glasses and sunglasses. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!

  I had a great experience! From having my eye exam to picking up my new glasses. I went a couple of times, because I had some glasses I got online, and it is difficult to get service if anything happens to those glasses you get online. Jayden was such a kind person and helped me twice with my old glasses, even when he didn’t have to do it. I am very happy with the service and especially with Jayden's customer service, which was above and beyond expectations, just a kind person, and I truly appreciate the help and guidance during the process.

  The optometrist at the Pickering C.C. location was very professional thorough, knowledgeable and patient. She, the optician and the rest of the staff made the getting of my new glasses a very pleasant experience and at a very reasonable cost. I do highly recommend them.

  In short, since my visit to the ptc location past spring..I was really expecting more in terms of service and product. The only reason I had to go back on numerous occasions was to fix issues with the products they sold me. I won't be returning. This is one rare situation where a highly reviewed company did not live up to those reviews. Out of all the employees only one tryed to do damage control. Connor. Who is no longer there.

  I can't say enough good things about my experiences here, specifically with MJ and Kelly. A few weeks ago, one of the arms on my glasses snapped off. After learning that replacing the frames could cost upwards of $130 with no guarantee they'd fit my existing lenses, I wasn't sure what to do. That's when MJ stepped in and really went the extra mile. He searched for the best fit at the lowest price, and ultimately took it upon himself to frankenstein a spare arm from a different frame onto my glasses at a lower cost. A few weeks later I returned with a new prescription, and once again MJ and a wonderful employee named Kelly took incredible care of me. Kelly was personable, genuinely tuned into my aesthetic preferences, and stayed right on top of the insurance math throughout the whole process. I was in the store for well over an hour, and not once did either of them make me feel rushed or like a burden. They helped me find two pairs of glasses I truly love, all within my budget. This is the kind of customer service that's genuinely rare.
