  This location is ridiculously brutal, the receptionist is never welcoming and always aggressive. They never answer their phones or voicemails. When I addressed this situation with the receptionist she was telling extremely rude. One time my mom had an appointment, I took time off of work to take her and we waiting for about 15mins then this receptionist says I been trying to call you all morning to cancel the appt, I said well no one called me, she said is this your number and reads out my number and said well this is what I called and I said well heres my phone and received nothing from connect hearing, she goes well appt cancelled as the audiologist is not here today. There was no voicemail or nothing, she said can I reschedule and that’s it no apology for coming nothing. Ridiculous, wasting peoples time, especially seniors who require help and assistance to get to the appt. The one receptionist (older lady) she is the one that is always at the office. Never to return there ever again.

  Very good people to deal with. Receptionist is very friendly and capable. Ray checked my ears before my hearing test and gently cleaned out my right ear until I asked him to stop. He doesn't say much but very good at his job. I got trial hearing aids and there was absolutely no sales attempt. I was surprised at that. I am going to have to ask him for more info, like $, in addition to the technicalities he explained to me. The hearing aids I tried are very good, much better than my old ones.

  Professional Efficient Service Kaustuv is vey good at explaining the various product features and ensuring you get a customized fit. Johanne is a pleasure to deal with plus the location is easy to access and spotless. Note to Corporate: Having Darryl Sittler as a Celebrity Endorser is a definite plus.

  The experience and service was excellent, Dr. Ray Kaustuv explained everything very well and took the time for all my questions. I definitely would recommend this location.
