They will promise over and over that your contact lenses will be in by a certain date and then when the contacts aren’t in, they blame the company they order from. The guy that usually answers the phone and takes orders also has no idea how to work the insurance portal, leading to delayed ordering and having to go in person. Will never order from here again!!!! Despicable. Updated to add: owner was extremely sweet and went above and beyond to help and to clarify what exactly was happening. Thank you so much Emma!!!

I was travelling the next day and urgently needed contact lenses, but I didn’t have my prescription with me and all the eye exams were already booked for the day but MJ still went above and beyond to help me out — he made time to do a quick eye check, helped me try on lenses and conducted a test to check how the lenses sat in my eye, and even provided extra pairs so I wouldn’t run out while travelling. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. MJ truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you again, MJ, for your exceptional service!

The consultation with the optometrist was excellent, very friendly and reassuring. We both ordered glasses, my wife also ordered contact lenses for the first time. Prices were very competitive, with some great discounts. MJ was excellent during the contact lens demonstration, extremely patient and informative. The overall experience in the store was great. Kudos and thank you to MJ, plus the manager of the store (super friendly Geordie lady). Would definitely recommend.

Also, the technology in this store is incredible. The optometrist had my prescription needs dialed up in no time flat. Went from blurry vision to reading ultra fine print comfortably. Highly recommend. Promotions they had were amazing!!! 2 pairs of progressives for less than 1 pair from a major competitor.
