Explained all the details of pricing, options and was instrumental in helping me choose attractive frames that were pleasing and fit properly. I have been wearing glasses for 53 years and this was without question the most attention I have ever had from an optical store. She even submitted directly to my insurance and received instant credit. Price was amazing for 2 pairs of progressive elite lenses with all the bells and whistles. Haven't received my glasses yet but am wholly confident that they will be awesome! Terrific experience!

They helped me get the best value, helped me pick out frames and explained add-ons like blue light/ polarization really clearly. Also the price is right! 2 pairs of glasses for just under $300 total. How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
