On many occasions and at the last minute I would be phoned to notify me that no PSW could show up to look after my elderly father,who was living in Cobourg at the time. Then ,they hired a person who would contact me in an attempt to get longer hours for their caregivers and a higher rate of payment. I give 2 stars simply for the reason that some of the people they sent were of good quality.
