Dr Chen, the optometrist, was very thorough. The store had the frames each of us wanted. Rachel very kindly sat through our silly jokes and commentaries while she made sure our new lenses would be perfect. We picked up our glasses a couple of weeks later and they are perfect. We’re very happy with the service and the results!
