I’ve had consistently great experiences at Specsavers Billings Bridge, where the staff are always friendly and go the extra mile. A small detail I’ve really appreciated there is being offered a contact lens case and solution so I can properly try on glasses in-store. I understand this is complimentary, but it makes a big difference.
My recent visit to Specsavers St. Laurent (my second time there) was a bit disappointing. I came in to check the fit of the glasses I had purchased, as I was wearing contact lenses and wanted to see if any adjustments were needed. When I asked if there was a small amount of solution or a case available so I could remove my lenses, I was told this is usually only offered to customers who purchased lenses at that location even though I had purchased mine from another Specsavers store.
I ended up taking the glasses home to try them on, only to realize that one side is slightly crooked and does need adjustment. This means I now have to make another trip back with my three young kids, which could have easily been avoided with a small accommodation in-store.
I completely understand policies may vary, but I do wish there was more consistency and flexibility between locations, especially when it comes to simple gestures that really improve the customer experience.

When this clinic first opened, they were accommodating and flexible. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case.
I’ve confirmed appointments multiple times, yet still receive 3–4 back-to-back calls asking for confirmation. However, when I was just 2 minutes late, I wasn’t allowed in and no attempt was made to check in with me as I came in late or with the doctor when I came in.
I was also told that getting an estimate for eyeglasses is no longer possible, even though I’ve done it there before.
Overall, a very frustrating, non accommodating and inconsistent experience with the front desk. Customer service : 0.
I won’t be returning.

I just want to say, that I was very lucky to have Harman's to help me with my new glasses.
And the lady that help check my eye for Dr Nagra was very good and professional.
And as always, Dr Nagra was and still is the best eye doctor.
I always recommend him to my family and all of my friends
He is very good at what he does, and he checks everything.

I had a great experience at Specsavers thanks to Hermann. He was incredibly helpful in assisting us with choosing both prescription glasses and sunglasses. What really stood out was how well he understood our taste — the frames he suggested were exactly what we were looking for.
He was very patient, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. I highly recommend working with Hermann if you’re planning to get new glasses.
