When I didnt hear back I decided to call to see where my lenses for my glasses were. Apparently they hadn't even been ordered. The excuse was the employee was Apparently new. This is ridiculous. If your employee can't even put the orders in then they should be being supervised by a trained employee. Although I am sure that was just some B.S excuse. And that would obviously be one of the first things an employee is trained on 🙄 . I will not be using this company again. Getting rid of theodore and pringle was a bad move.
