- CFCourtney Fontaine2 days ago5.0Jason was incredibly kind and patient in fitting my 6 year old son with his first pair of glasses. My son has developmental delays and any new/unfamiliar experience for him is challenging. Unfortunately when he had his eye exam (at another location) the air puff pressure test really scared him. So when he had to look into a similar device with Jason, he was very anxious and scared. You may have heard him crying throughout the store! Jason was extremely patient and kind with him, letting him go at his own pace - even if that meant screaming in his store. After much time to regulate, my son was able to allow Jason to hold the device up to his face for long enough. My son was so proud and felt so safe with Jason that he threw himself into Jason for a hug afterwards and said thank you! Thank you, Jason, for your kindness and patience and for taking a scary experience for my son and turning it positive.

I had an old emergency pair but they were in pretty bad shape and just weren't going to cut it for what I had to do. Went to Specsavers immediately and Jason stepped right up and discovered the problem and attached the arm that came off and reinforced the other. Crisis eliminated! Shout out to you Jason and again...thank you!
