I saw that they do repairs, and I was planning on coming in to explain that I was a previous customer, and to ask if they wouldn't mind fixing them up. I never did get a chance to explain that I had been there before however, they fixed the glasses on the spot for free without asking any questions, taking no more than 5 minutes. I really like that there are still places that do stuff like that.

- AFA. FawzyJan 31, 20261.0Worst service ever. I ordered prescription lenses for my META glasses, and they screwed it up TWICE, asking me to wait for a third time! I refused and got my refund. They were literally using their hands to cut the frame size in the store. They over-cut it the first time, lol. The second time was even worse — they got it with a scratch and told me to wear it until they could get me another pair of lenses. I noticed the lenses were blurry at the edges. When I told the store guy, he went to chat with the manager, and I overheard him say, “We can’t confirm.” Then he asked me to try it for 3 days, even though it was the same prescription as the previous lenses and the pair I was already wearing. I tried it for 3 days, and my eye muscles felt tired. When I went back to the store for a refund and to get my original lenses installed so I could leave, I noticed he didn't even bother to clean the lenses of his dirty fingerprints. Lol. (Best Customer Service, eh?) Don’t buy Ray-Ban prescription lenses from these people 🚫 This is going to go viral
