- PBPeter BuiNov 16, 20254.0Great customer service from yug Rozhin on the sale side, but initially went there for and eye exam but was told to go they dont do eye exams and go to Bailey Nelson to get the exe exam witch was a bit inconvenient but still worked out but realized clearly does in fact do eye exams as i looked online and I would've gotten a 20 dollar credit for my glass and could've done everything in one store...but all worked out in the end I guess

Good luck locating their shop inside Rideau Centre—it’s not even listed in the mall directory. After wasting your time trying to track them down, if you arrive even slightly late, they’ll hide behind their strict “10-minute late” policy instead of acknowledging their own lack of accessibility and communication. Terrible experience from start to finish.
