She helped me choose out a few pairs of frames and then I narrowed it down to two to take advantage of a 2 for 1 sale that Specsavers had on at the time. She didn’t push choosing expensive frames to make a bigger sale. She gave me her honest opinion on what looked good and what didn't. She explained the different options for progressive lenses in my case and answered all my questions. She gave me two quotes. With the 2 for 1 sale and a discount on the lenses, I was able to choose the more expensive option which was a huge bonus! Then Nacima, the optician took my eye measurements. She paid me compliments on my choices of frames and she also made me feel valued as a person and not just as a sale. Thank you to Yumna and Nacima for their help! Would definitely recommend this branch of Specsavers!!!

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
