She purchased her glasses at Specsavers; however, she couldn’t see clearly with them because of the incorrect prescription. Specsavers kindly remade her glasses at no extra charge based on the new prescription, even though the incorrect eye exam was not their fault. They explained that this was because the glasses had been made within the past two or three months (I don’t remember exactly). I am very grateful for their excellent after-sales service and their relatively affordable prices!!

Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
