We bought our glasses at Specsavers, no issues whatsoever. We went in on Tuesday October 21. The receptionist? Was on the phone so we waited. When she was done she hung up the phone, walked away without saying a word, went into the staff room and shut the door. So we went next door to Pearle Vision and they fixed my glasses free of charge. I think they really need to consider some staffing changes

I bought three pair of glasses almost two years ago and I would never recommend Specsavers to anyone !! Cheap glasses…I’m always bringing the three pair of glasses in for adjustments. I live 2 hours away !!! They do not use the proper lenses and the frames are cheap. Great prices but cheap quality. Last week I went to the Carlingwood store. I was not impressed by the service or how they handled my situation by not wanting to add the thicker nose guards on my glasses. They informed me that they do not carry the nose guards and told me that they wouldn’t work on my glasses ! So no solution was given as to what I should do… So I left the store…. Upset and unhappy again. However, months prior to this incident, a staff member at the Carlingwood store added the nose guards to my glssses. Also, when I went to the Bayshore store, they were able to provide the proper nose guards. BTW the service at Bayshore is amazing ! I just want my money back or new glasses.
