Yesterday I had a great experience purchasing my new prescription eyes glasses, Pablo was amazing at his costumer service skills very kind, and professional also he speaks Spanish which is a bonus for those who can speak Spanish, I told him they should pay him more for that lol, I recommend this location. - BLB LDec 27, 20252.0Ordered two identical pairs of glasses. Purchasing process was flawless though glasses were a bit delayed they were nice enough to reach out. When they arrive I get two pairs. One was perfect. The other was messed up and gives me headaches. I’m told they can’t fix it now but to bring it back during the week. I take time off work and out of my day to try to drive down and get this sorted. So I bring the messed up one in and the guy refused to do anything about it unless I showed up with both. Honestly just go to Costco next time unless you enjoy the coin flip.
- 22242Dec 20, 20251.0When I went to pick up my 2 pairs glasses I tried them both on and could not see clearly. They told me it takes awhile to get used to progressives. I told them that I had been wearing progressives for over 10 years. I kept both pairs for a month made an appointment and went back to the store. The man there adjusted both glasses. I said I still could not see clearly on the sides and when I moved my head I got a nausea feeling. The employee said there was nothing else he could do. So I could not wear the 2 pairs of glasses I paid $800 for. Over a year later I went to an eye exam. I told the optometrist what had happened. He asked me if I brought the glasses and I had. The optometrist asked a store employee to look at the glasses. The employee marked the glasses and told me that the lens had been positioned too high. So it was a mistake in the manufacturing. Then I was told because I waited too long they would give me a $100 off a new pair of glasses but would not fix their mistake. Despite me bringing the glasses back after a month and being told there was nothing they could do. At that time they did not measure my eye position on the lens. If they had they would have determined it was positioned too high they would have had to fix it.

Mathijs was extremely helpful while I was browsing and helping me through the process - amazing service and professionalism. When the glasses were ready for pickup, Pablo was incredibly patient and thorough making many micro-adjustments to the fit until my glasses felt perfect. I really appreciated how he took his time and never made me feel rushed. Even when he was done, he reiterated that I could come back anytime if I felt they needed more adjustment. Thank you Mathijs and Pablo for making this such a wonderful experience. When I need my next new pair of glasses, I know exactly where I'll be going!
