Extremely rude and poor service. We went to pick up our glasses after we received a text message from the store. The person who attended Belal, he asked us for our names 5 times and made us wait for 15min then came back each time with different names. When I raised a complaint he was unapologetic and rude. Then another person Dhara came to help us. She was really and nice and help got our glasses in minutes. I really hope this store train Belal on how to behave with clients.

I had such a great experience thanks to Yaseen. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. They explained all the lens options clearly and helped me choose frames that fit both my style and comfort.
The service was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I left feeling confident about my purchase and absolutely love my new glasses! Highly recommend LensCrafters

I paid $500+ for a piece of GARBAGE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I purchase a pair of glasses from LensCrafters Oshawa Centre in March 2025.
When I first picked up the glasses, one of the lenses IMMEDIATELY POPPED out of the frame WHILE STILL IN STORE! A staff member attempted to fix it, but the lens dislodged again before I even left the premises. I was then informed that a replacement pair would be ordered.
I received the new glasses in late April, and initially, they appeared to be in good condition. However, on the morning of May 27, 2025, the same issue occurred—the lens popped out of the frame again without any external cause.
AGAIN, they replace it after some back and forth heated argument of requesting for a refund. Once again, Nov 5 2025 THE SAME ISSUE! I brought it back to the store being inform that I should have purchase extend warranty over this!?!?! Also, they told us this is going to be the last time they repair for us.
This is crazy!! This is obviously a bad craftsmanship and poor quality product from the store and they take no responsibility over it!
DO NOT TRUST THEIR 30 DAY SATISFACTION REFUND! There’s no such thing. They purposely prolong the delivery. It took 3 weeks for the glasses to be picked up in store. After the second time the lens popped the store told us it’s more than 30 days.
I filed a complaint to their website and no one response! Their craftsmanship is horrible and not trust worthy to follow up with any issue!

Extremely Disappointed- Avoid this Place!
Worst customer experience ever! My husband purchased Ray-Ban smart glasses from this shop, and within just two months, the lenses got scratched. Since the product was supposed to be under warranty, we returned to get them replaced. Instead of honoring the warranty, they charged us $30 for “shipping costs.”
After weeks of waiting, they called to say the replacement lenses had arrived. We went to pick them up, only to find they were the wrong size. They promised to reorder, but when we returned again weeks later, the second pair was also the wrong size. This back-and-forth has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
The manager was no help either. We felt ignored and misled throughout the process. The product quality is poor, and the service is even worse. This place is a rip-off. Please go anywhere else except here!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
