  I had a great experience at LensCrafters when picking up my lenses and frames. From start to finish, the service was smooth and professional. Roohi Khan went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair that suited my face and style. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated her attention to detail and honest recommendations it made a big difference in choosing something I feel confident wearing every day. Overall, excellent customer service and a great selection of frames. Highly recommend!

  Great experience at the Orleans location. Roohi helped me with selecting new glasses. She is knowledgeable, very friendly and very honest ! She takes a lot of time helping you make the decision and she is the reason I returned for a new pair.

  My daughter and I went in to find new glasses; for me it was an updated pair of frames needed, and for my daughter it was her first pair of glasses ever. Emily came over to us right away and was SO extremely helpful and kind. She listened to each of us about what we wanted and what we liked about each different pair. She brought both of us some of our favourite frames that we otherwise might not have picked out on our own. Throughout the entire process of picking frames and making the purchases, she was so kind and patient and she had all the answers to our questions. She was knowledgeable about the products and the store's promotions. I even texted a friend while I was still there to suggest they come by and see Emily for help with finding their new glasses. Emily was helpful sorting out the insurance and payment part and was kind enough to give me a summary of cost before we made our final decisions. Additionally, the optometrist that assisted us with fitting our glasses was very kind and efficient.
