I had to come 3 times for eye exam ..bad schedule service....I had to change my work schedule 3x. After purchasing pair of glasses progressive, when it arrive my distance wasn't clear. DAVID Taing retail partner told me to take new eye exam and they will send glasses them back to redo it...when I came for my eye exam, they told me Mr.Taing told them that I have yo pay for my glasses again....I was shocked and disappointed how he told me something else and when to come to payment I had to pay again! I'm never coming back...overalls bad service! You just lost customer!

The staff are all kind and helpful they also had lots of people available on the floor to assist all the customers in a timely manner. I was assisted by Alison and she made the experience fun and easy. She showed me lots of possible options and listened intently to everything I had to say to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed from my glasses longterm and gave great guidance. I was super overwhelmed with getting new glasses at first but she made it a great experience !

Having had already dealt with all of the usual suspects in Ottawa, I was initially reluctant to try a “value” brand in a mall but couldn’t be happier that we did. This location is owner operated which clearly makes all the difference. In today’s marketplace, it is increasingly difficult to find customer service that is offered by caring people who have a genuine interest in helping you to improve your quality of life. I’m not sure what the service level is like at any other location, but the Orleans store is worth the drive no matter where you are in the city.

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. How do I book an eye exam?

Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
