Moving to a new town, finding a dentist and just going to initial appointments can be frustrating but the team at the smile center always took great care of me. They understand that individuals do not always have funds upfront and try to work with their patients on what they can / cannot afford at the time. Thank you guys for making the dentist a much less stressful place to visit! Parking and texting services can be improved but that is not always soley in the hands of the company to change.

- LSLucas ShanksFeb 6, 20265.0Dr. Shannon was amazing! Had a permanent retainer wire come loose and she helped me quickly readhesive it and I was good to go without any other questions. They also gave me the best rate (by far) out of the 5 Orillia clinics I called and I can say they also have the best receiptionist. Would highly recommend seeing Dr. Shannon for any teeth issues for friendly and professional service from everyone involved!
