- KDKate DemalineDec 25, 20252.0Unfriendly staff member ruined my experience. The blonde woman working (I think manager) made me feel unwelcome and forcefully embarrassed me and made me feel bad. However, the POC girl working was very kind and helpful. Also took way too long for my prescription to be ready, and the glasses do not fit my vision needs. I do not think that they were properly fitted for me as my prescription barely changed, but it’s difficult to see with my new prescription. Theodore and Pringle prepared my previous pairs and they were perfect.

Spec Savers are repairing or replacing but the construction is not suitable for constant use. Very tiny rivets hold the arms to the frame I think they will break again. I advise customers not to choose this type of construction.
