StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Oakville South offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

I think in my case I was invested too heavily for the first month and it became clear to me that I was going too often and the investment was not sustainable. In combination with some other treatments I have as a priority, Stretch Lab wasn't as satisfying after too much of it. It also became a significant time commitment. You need to pay attention to your contract. I can't tell any one person what their body will need. For me, twice a week the first month was over-kill and the line item on my Visa stood out. A regular stretch is not covered under my plan, so if the cost concerns you, you need to make sure if you have coverage. If it is considered "athletic therapy", they have one Individual there that is licensed appropriately as I have a friend that fits that scenario. That is my understanding anyway. I have now lived out my commitment and will certainly visit Maaz (my primary kinesiologist) who is exceptionally good, just occasionally, when I'm feeling I could stand a good stretch. Too much of something unless you really need it lose's its novelty. But the staff are wonderful, their texting system and email system will certainly keep you in tune with the schedule.
