- VKVijay KoppikarMar 30, 20265.0I visited Specsavers to get two pairs of prescription glasses. A full eye test was carried out and glasses were ordered. Unfortunately, I started suffering eye strain with the new glasses after a couple of weeks. I returned after a couple of months (3 month window for return etc) due to work constraints. They retested my eyes and found that the astigmatic component was what was causing me the strain. Specsavers replaced my glasses with new pairs which I received today. So far, so good. Five stars to all the staff and the establishment.

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. How do I book an eye exam?

Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
