My experience at Lenskart Oakville was outstanding! Darshik and Kree went above and beyond to help me choose the right prescription glasses. They were extremely knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about providing the best experience. It’s rare to find such dedicated and hardworking employees. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and honest guidance.

This location always has wonderful service. Today in particular, Kree provided great service and Nicole went out of her way to help with my kids. These 2 have such amazing customer service skills!

I came back to the Oakville Place location where I originally purchased my Rx glasses due to an unforeseen issue. The staff (as always) treated me extremely well. The issue was rectified quickly and to my complete satisfaction. A note to anyone purchasing expensive glasses, make sure you pay for the protection plan upon purchase. It is well worth it!

I visited LensCrafters at Oakville Place and had one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The saleswoman who assisted me was extremely rude from the start. She offered me multiple prices for the lenses without explaining any of the differences, and she spoke so quickly that I could barely understand what she was saying. What upset me even more was a comment she made in the middle of her explanation: “Some people have price issues.” This was completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I left the store feeling upset and unwelcome. I expected much better from LensCrafters. Clear communication and respectful customer service are basic standards, and unfortunately, this location failed on both. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should have to experience such treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
