  My 77 years old dad really appreciated the professionalism and the positive attitude of Hend from Home Instead Halton yesterday. She went above and beyond! The house looks great and my dad had a big smile on his face after his walk with her to the lake. That discussed about great topics and he felt really listened to. Her personality fits with my dad’s personality. We hope Hend felt comfortable in our home. My dad really looks forward to seeing her at next week’s visit.

  I switched from another caregiving company to Home Instead and wish I had done it sooner. My mother had advanced dementia and consistency of staff combined with empathy was crucial our family. Home Instead delivered these attributes in abundance. Special mention goes to Natalie and Helena who saw our real Mom, not the client with dementia. They treated her with dignity, compassion and exceptional care. The office team was accommodating and understanding in all aspects of our family’s journey. Thank you Michelle and to all at Home Instead.
