  Connect hearing has been so good to my dad who is constantly braking his hearing aids. We talked him into a new pair which are easy to manage but there is always problems. Samah has the patience of a saint and adds humour to most situations.

  I was having a problem with my hearing aid. I went in and talked to Jennifer and she said she would try to fix it. Minutes later I could hear again. Thanks so much for your help!!! Mark

  I recently took my 91 year old aunt to Connect Hearing Oakville to be fitted for hearing aids. Both Jennifer (reception) and Samah (Audiologist) were extremely kind, patient, thorough and professional. My aunt was nervous and apprehensive at first but Jennifer and Samah made her feel welcome and comfortable. The experience was excellent and I would highly recommend.

  This company is falling apart. They have extremely poor upper management and lack of care or concern from head office! If u know u know!!!
