The studio has super friendly, warm and welcoming instructors and a variety of classes that run from 7am to 10 pm on weekdays, which is so helpful when you have a busy schedule! Its also very clean and tidy and the reformers and mats are spaced out really well so you have your own space while working out!! I love this studio so much and I feel so comfortable working out here.

Been going to Club Pilates North York for almost a year now, and honestly, it’s one of my favorite parts of the day! I go pretty much every day, and the classes always fun and challenging.
The instructors — Mahshid, Yasmin, Summer, Shadi, Natalie, and Aida — are all amazing! They each have their own style, but they all make you feel comfortable and motivated. The rest of the staff and the owner are great too — everyone’s friendly and welcoming.
The community here is also positive and supportive😌

It's a beautiful and clean studio. The reformer equipment are heavy duty and more solid than the portable ones I see at other studios.
That being said, I do not get a good workout here. I barely break a sweat when I go for a class. No wonder people buy unlimited packages and stay for 2-3 classes in a row. Sorry, I don't have time for such an inefficient workout. Considering how expensive the packages are, I thought it was a waste of money. Further more, I encourage everyone to read the policy because they have sooooo many rules. It's honestly ridiculous. 30 day cancellation notices, $100 cancellation fees, $25 monthly freezes. And their socks at $25 if you forget your own. Money gouging at its finest.
CP has a loyal fan base, so good for them. I see lots of regulars here. However, it just wasn't for me.

🧘♀️ Instruction & Professionalism
Most instructors are good to excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I want to extend special appreciation to Andrea, Yasmin, Mahshid, Atena, and Natalie for their professionalism, clear instructions, and encouraging approach.
That said, there are a few important points:
Some instructors need to be more confident in enforcing safety rules. Members should be asked to get off the reformer when adjustments or repairs are needed—instructors should not fix equipment while it’s in use.
Two instructors should be reminded to maintain professional language and tone at all times. Yelling or using an authoritarian approach is inappropriate and counterproductive. Even in a fitness environment, respectful communication fosters motivation, not intimidation.
When correcting posture or technique, a calm and balanced approach is much more effective—and some instructors already model this beautifully.
👥 New Member Orientation
New members should receive a proper introduction to the reformer and its various tools before starting their first class. Expecting beginners to immediately follow instructions without orientation can create frustration and risk of injury.
Instructors should take a few minutes to explain each part of the reformer and ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable before starting exercises.
🧘♂️ Session Flow
It would also enhance the experience if each session ended with a smoother transition off the reformer, including gentle final stretches to help members relax and prevent strain.
🌟 Overall Impression
This club has strong potential and a warm atmosphere. The majority of instructors are skilled and genuinely care about their clients’ progress. My overall rating is 75/100, reflecting both the many positives and a few areas for improvement in space management, communication, and professional consistency.
This review is not meant as a complaint but as constructive feedback—I truly believe with a few adjustments, this Pilates club can become an exceptional place for members to grow in strength, balance, and well-being.
