She has an excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable and assured me that I understand the hearing aids system . Making and rescheduling appointments is always very easy. It's wonderful to know that the clinic staff will be there with you every step of the way on your journey to hear better and with more clarity! Thanks Juan for your patience, kindness and support.

On the contrary, I got the best treatment and information from Juan Ding in a branch hearing instrument specialist on Lawrence and Don mills who fixed all the problems I had with smile & patience, I strongly recommend this branch for those who need hearing aid.
