  We had such a wonderful experience with Home Instead. We brought them in to provide one-on-one care for my uncle while he was living in a retirement home, and the level of compassion and professionalism they showed was truly exceptional. Jessica the Service Manager was absolutely amazing to work with. She took the time to meet with me personally and really get to know my uncle, his personality, his interests, and his life story. It meant so much to see how intentional she was in making sure her staff could connect with him in a meaningful and personal way. One of the things I’ve appreciated most is the app they provide. Being able to log in each day and read detailed notes about my uncle’s care has been incredibly reassuring. It gave me such peace of mind knowing he was not only being looked after, but genuinely cared for. You can truly tell that Home Instead has a heart for people, especially those living with dementia. Their team goes beyond basic care, they bring kindness, dignity, and connection into every interaction. I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for thoughtful, reliable, and compassionate care for a loved one.

  I recently began working with Home Instead Niagara to help support my mom, and I honestly felt a sense of relief from the very first call. They listened with compassion, moved quickly, and thoughtfully matched my mom with a wonderful caregiver who has already provided a steady, reassuring presence. Every person I’ve spoken with at the office has been kind, patient, and incredibly responsive. Home Instead Niagara has brought me real peace of mind during a difficult season, and seeing my mom start to trust her caregiver and enjoy the support and companionship has been truly reassuring.   We are so grateful for the exceptional care our respite care worker provides. She is truly professional, friendly, caring, attentive, and incredibly creative in the way she supports my mom. Every interaction is thoughtful and meaningful, and she goes above and beyond to make each experience special. My mom is not only well taken care of, but genuinely happy and engaged. It brings our whole family so much peace of mind knowing she is in such capable and compassionate hands. We couldn’t ask for a better person to support her—highly recommend!

  I have used Home Instead for around 3 months. 8 hours a day 7 days a week to take care of my dad with dementia in his home. The staff are caring and supportive. They also included my mom which they were not obligated to do. Easy to reach and responsive management. Very good service and peace of mind. Highly recommend.
