  I would highly recommend Home Instead®, home health care service in Niagara Falls. I am so grateful for the excellent service, caring and kindness they have provided to my elderly mother with severe Alzheimers disease. My mother is reverting to her native tongue as her dementia progresses, and the Home Instead® team was able to find the perfect PSW support help for my mom, whom she can communicate with, which was so incredible. The PSW home health care service is fantastic and beyond our expectations, and our family is thankful for their help and service, knowing my mom is in good hands.

  We so appreciate the team at Home Instead for the last for all the help and support with caring for my aunt until she was able to be moved into Long Term Care. Denielle became our go-to person when we had any questions about anything! The care givers we dealt with were fantastic at being able to manage the necessary cares. Paul was great at keeping me informed of any scheduling issues and we were able to make it all work out. My only suggestion is that they need more care givers, but in these times, that is common anywhere in the healthcare field, unfortunately. We were more than pleased with the services provided for the last year!

  During the pandemic the company allowed an anti-vaccine caregiver into my grandmother's home. She then began to tell my grandmother that vaccines may cause MS. This resulted in an episode that lasted hours after their departure. As far as my experience with the caregivers, they were frequently sick or unable to come on scheduled days. Eventually the company took it upon itself to stop services due to the inability to care for a senior with dementia and another with mobility issues and incontinence. Despite the website claiming the services they offer. I highly recommend screening any caregiver Home Instead entrusts with your loved ones.

  Denielle and her staff at Home Instead are trustworthy and the epitome of empathy and compassion. They are delicate with each family dynamic and understand each senior's situation is different on all levels - care, needs, communication, financial etc. At a time when many are not trusting nursing homes for their loved ones, Home Instead can provide that In-Home care and peace of mind you are desperately seeking for your mom, dad or grandparent. If you have an aging family member that needs some attention then I highly recommend Denielle Cuoco and Home Instead because to them, it's about providing the highest-quality home care services to fit you and your family's needs!!
