- VVVeeDec 20, 20251.0Customer service here is very hit or miss. And because of this, it will be my first and last time buying prescription glasses here. Unfortunately I had multiple interactions with very rude staff members (all female) who work here, and were giving me attitude; and all told me different things. I was told when purchasing that the glasses would be ready in 1-2 weeks. After not hearing them for 2 weeks, I called today, and was rudely informed it could take up to 3 weeks, and it doesn't matter what the other staff member told me. So sadly, the lack of customer service, and care has turned me away from ever wanting to come back here. I will take my benefits elsewhere next time 😏 EDIT: Response to your response. Actually nobody from this store called me to speak about this, more lies! Lol
