It did take a while for them to come in, and my first experience with the sales person when I had to pick my glasses and frames felt like I was being rushed and under pressure! Which in my eyes is not very comfortable! With that said! Specsavers stepped up to the plate because of Anthony lam ! He had excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff and educated! He explained everything to me in detail and made my first experience with specsavers a wonderful one! Thanks Anthony lam , and I will recommend you to my friends and family!
