I had gone to several different glasses stores looking to get the nose pads on my dolce & gabbana sunglasses replaced because they've turned yellow with age. They aren't common ones. Ashkan asked me what kind of pad I wanted and I said anything because I just wanted them replaced so badly, I didn't even care what type. I was expecting to hear bad news like the other stores, who couldn't find the replacement. He came back with new pads installed on the frames. And to top it off, he didn't charge me anything at all. It really made my day and so impressed with the service. Will definitely come back and bring them business when I can!
