I have been a customer of LensCrafters Bayshore since 2022. I recently got a new pair of prescription glasses from the store where I received excellent service. However after going beyond my 30 days satisfaction guarantee period, I had a slight problem with my frames due to maybe manufacturing defect(which is normal). I contacted the store and Jude(the manager) took over the issue himself. He ensured he prioritized my satisfaction above everything. He sorted out the replacement with the manufacturer ensuring an extremely smooth and seamless process and then went the extra extra mile to ensure I have a protection plan on the replacement. The level of service is exceptional and I will go back there over and over again!
Thank you for the excellent customer service Jude!

Hello,
I am writing to formally request that LensCrafters honour the advertised price displayed on the pair of Oakley sunglasses I presented in-store earlier today.
During my visit, I was informed by the sales associate Ikram and Jordan that I could not purchase the sunglasses at the listed price because the pair shown in the photo was not part of the store’s current inventory. When I asked to have the same model ordered at the advertised price, my request was denied again.
Under Canadian consumer protection law, specifically the Competition Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-34), Section 74.01(1)(a), businesses are prohibited from making representations to the public that are false or misleading in a material respect. This includes advertising a product at a specific price and then refusing to sell it at that price when the consumer attempts to make a purchase.
Given this, I am requesting that LensCrafters honour the advertised price for the Oakley sunglasses shown in the attached photo. As a reputable company, I trust that LensCrafters will comply with Canadian advertising standards and resolve this matter appropriately.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
Thank you,
SS

All the staff at LensCrafters are incredibly helpful, especially Harneet! I had to make a change to my order, and they accommodated it right away — no hassle at all. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
I absolutely love my prescription sunglasses and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to purchase another pair of eyewear! 😎

I highly recommend Lenscrafters at Bayshore. I just ordered my new glasses there and I can say only positive things about my experience.
Their associate, Jordan, was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Jordan took the time to explain the intricacies of my prescription to help ensure that I was availed of all of the options for my new lenses. Jordan was able to reassure me that the frames I chose are both durable and stylish.
Thanks to this experience, I am certain that my new glasses are ideal.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
