Great experience ordering my new glasses this week. Was informed of the sales and then given the space to browse for something I’d like. All questions were answered in depth and felt like an honest experience about what was best but also what the other options were.

I had a great experience at this store! The optician Gurbani was super friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses that fit my style and comfort. She took her time explaining everything and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

Had an extremely bad experience at this location while picking up my prescription glasses. The guy at the reception was rude and apparently “frustrated” while serving me. His exact words. I wonder why they would employ such a sales associate who feel this way when serving at a retail location. All I did was ask for my replacement glasses, not the hardest job to find and assist with. Lenscrafters, hire better and train your staff properly.

we had a pleasant journey with lenscrafters with all their employees and they gave us a top product.
our last experience was quite awful due to the bald dark skinned man who probably thinks it is an eyewear modeling job and not a customer service job. they misplaced an order and he was showing us attitude as if we are not truthful. if you have zero problem solving skills thats not our problem and if you need to say it aloud that you are frustrated then this job isnt for you.

I never write bad reviews however this new management and service I experienced has been horrible. I have been going to Lenscrafters since I was a kid, I put in a order for new sunglasses in April, I called them in August to follow up and they forgot to let me know that they could not make my sunglasses anymore but gave me no reason as to why. I get the same new pair of sunglasses every year, they said they would try again and again no follow up for another few months. I finally told them to cancel my order in early October and that I wanted my refund and they made me visit the office to get my refund. They then told me I had already picked up the glasses and a refund would need to be an exception as a trade in. (the glasses never got made) No one new what was going on with my file and new management never returned my call to follow up. I went down two stores to Newlook Eyewear they explained everything and called me two weeks later when my glasses were done. These guys are a mess now and sad to say after so many years of great service.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
