  On my second pair of hearing aids and I am very satisfied. Professional employees who are competent and friendly at the same time. They take time to answer any questions and fit you in if a problem does arrive. I have had to change appointments and they were very accommodating.

  Yvonne, Lori and Alisha are amazing. Service was incredible felt like I mattered and took the time to explain my hearing test. Felt like family. I will always recommend Napanee Clinic.

  Can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Yvonne Wiemer has a lovely gentle way about her and shared how our devices can become much more technologically efficient. Service & friendliness is top notch as soon as you step through the door.

  Scott, having worked through his own considerable hearing challenges, has an empathy unavailable most hearing specialists. Thankfully, he has repeatedly been professional & patient with my hesitant, aging mother. Tammy always assures we get app't. arrangements that work for our schedules, and readily provides assistance to help with care of the instruments, and make payment arrangements. I would unequivocally recommend this team to anyone embarking on this stage of her/his life: well worth the drive from Belleville. - - - - - - - - - Scott’s moved on now, and my Mom has too, but Tammy’s up-graded to patient work, and has won the trust & appreciation of my aunts by visiting the Riverine when extra help is needed but they’re unable to get to the office. That’s a step beyond/above professional . . . to just darned nice😊! [Money can’t buy ‘personality!]
