  Better than I expected. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Kam helped me choose my frames and he was so patient and kind. I got a pair of glasses, sunglasses, and 6 months worth of contacts all within my benefits allowance. I usually go to high end places and end up spending $500+ on brand name frames alone. I was so happy to get 2 pairs of Marc Jacobs glasses and contacts for the same price. Definitely worth checking out!

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Erin Mills Specsavers. I arrived for my scheduled eye exam and waited for 15 minutes without anyone speaking to me or even acknowledging my presence. There were three employees on the floor, none of whom offered any assistance or communication. When I finally decided to cancel my appointment due to the delay, the only comment I received was, “Are you waiting for something?” from the optometrist or optician, with no apology or explanation. The lack of professionalism and basic customer care was unacceptable. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to others based on my experience.

  The Staff is knowledgeable, kind, helpful. The glasses are good, frames are very nice, the Optometrist is pretty good. I will recommend this place. Thank you Ravine (spell) for the Outstanding Customer Service

  I am happy to write a review for Specsavers at Erin Mills , thank you everyone ,the staff “ Thank you Kevin for helping my father and I , you were so helpful , we are grateful “ also “ Ravina ( not sure about the spelling, my apologies) for helping my sister , my husband and I we are all I grateful “ you are both so knowledgeable, friendly , respectful , kind , patient , efficient , you “love “ what they do, you care for what they do , the glasses are impeccable. I must say there was another lady with green eye , I am sorry I don’t know your name but Thank you kindly as well ,for your help“ Thank you all “ The prices were the best on the market .We went everywhere before coming to Specsavers I did mind I also took my father , my sister and my husband to do their glasses and we are all pleased with the service , the glasses . I will recommend this place to anyone “do your glasses here “ I had tried other places on the past , I won’t get into details , only that I am glad I found this place , also Optometrist Dr Meetkumar was excellent, thank you Thank you so much for my glasses and for the Service “ Excellent “ Loannis P

  My experience there was awesome and that’s all thanks to Kevin. He approached me and asked if i needed assistance instead of me asking for it. He answered all of my questions perfectly and made extra recommendations. he helped pick out glasses based on what i wanted. He was patient and dealt with my indecisiveness. He is a great employee and i recommend going to this location solely because of him.
