- NANaffi AMar 25, 20265.0My first experience at Braxia Medical Walk-in Clinic, faster friendlier service than my regular doctor's office. I didn't have to wait very long after I registered with OHIP card on iPad at frontdesk, the screen showed Appt confirmed, Appt #, Dr., and Patient Ahead#. Then I received a text notifing me # of persons ahead of me, time to come back to the clinic while waiting in the lobby. I was attended by Dr. D. Pawel, he was thorough in his examination with the symptoms I inputted in the registration as well as ask more indept questions leading up to my symptoms in the office. He provided his insight on possible causes, the usual duration of the symptoms and advised to come back if symptoms doesn't go away. He didn't push for tests or medications and listened to my concerns. I was very impressed with the walkin care and service from both frontdesk staff and attending doctor. The clinic has a welcoming feel, clean, and spacious. I would definately recommend to others and will be back if my doctors office isn't available or need to switch healthcare.
