The optician Zaki was very helpful with ensuring my new frames fit perfectly and shared details about savings options in the future if my prescription changed. These are my 3rd pair of glasses from Warby Parker

I went for an exam and ordered my glasses there. The frames look very durable and stylish, and even with my very high prescription, the lenses are still thin. Alba was very thorough throughout the whole process and very patient with all my questions. Definitely recommend! 👓✨

I came in here looking to get my glasses adjusted after being turned away from like 4 other places. Sapna was more than willing to help while also informing me of the appropriate risks. She fixed my glasses within like 5 seconds and now I can comfortably wear them even though I didn't purchase from here she still decided to be help me out. Would definitely explore future eye care at this store.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Warby Parker location.
After waiting 21 days for my glasses to arrive by mail, I received them in unacceptable condition, the nose pads were extremely bent, and the frames were very tight and did not look or feel the same as they did in store. After paying nearly $600 for non designer frames, I expected them to arrive in proper condition.
When I went in to return them, the attendant repeatedly tried to push for a sale instead of respecting my request for a return. I understand sales is part of the job, but when a customer clearly asks for a refund, that request should be honored without pressure. She insisted she could “fix” the nose pads, but that is not the point, expensive glasses should not arrive damaged.
When attempting to process the refund, I was told that because I paid with debit, something no one warned me could complicate refunds, it would be difficult to return the funds. The manager was called over, questioned me about the return, and then claimed their machine was not working. I was told I would receive a wire transfer within four business days. Two business days later, I had received no confirmation email that the return had even been initiated. I had to call customer service myself just to get the refund process started, something the store should have done. Then a supervisor informed me that wire transfers can take up to four weeks, which directly contradicts what I was told in store.
Between the damaged product, long wait time, sales pressure, lack of communication, and inconsistent information about the refund timeline, this was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
If you are looking for quality glasses that arrive in pristine condition and a smooth refund process, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
